About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead global marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives to drive growth and revenue.
- Oversee key marketing disciplines including social media, press/PR, and CRM programs.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
- Manage global talent and influencer strategies in partnership with legal counsel.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team through coaching and mentorship.
- Envision omnichannel marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention via CDP and SMS programs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of experience in marketing, PR, and CRM roles combined.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Director-level role.
- Proven experience with global lifestyle consumer brands.
- Expertise in digital, social media, and multi-channel CRM programs (email, SMS, direct mail).
- Experience working with consumer data and deploying campaigns via a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a track record of measuring results across channels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
