Director Global HR Technology

Responsibilities

• Direct the management and delivery of a portfolio of technology projects supporting Global HR, including Core HR and Payroll systems.
• Partner with Global HR in the end-to-end business case creation process, providing technical expertise for financial and effort estimation.
• Develop and execute strategies to move all geographies toward global standards while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Guide and mentor project managers within the Project Delivery and Support team.
• Monitor project status, manage major risks and issues, and present monthly reports to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance environment through coaching and effective matrix reporting relationships.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience managing medium to large-sized complex projects with significant IT and operational components.
• Expert familiarity with project management methodologies and life cycle development.
• High degree of specialized technical knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time & Attendance systems, and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technology.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives (VP+).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP designation.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry.
