About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of Global HR’s data, analytics, reporting, and visualization capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the global data office, managing data strategies, standards, governance, and security in alignment with the Bank’s framework.
- Drive applied employee research, data mining, and the development of predictive models to enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with IT to develop data engineering pipelines and advance technology capabilities including AI, machine learning, and cloud-based tools.
- Develop a programmatic approach to increase data literacy and adoption across Global Human Resources.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, growth, and respect.
- Ensure the accuracy, comprehensiveness, and timeliness of all monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc human capital reporting.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary degree in a quantitative, computer science, or data & analytics field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in people analytics and data management.
- Expert understanding of data management structures, big data, and reporting delivery tools like PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Statistics (SAS, SPSS) and Data Mining (MS SQL).
- Experience leading applied employee research with knowledge of behavioral science or industrial/organizational psychology.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with senior executive management.
