About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term digital roadmap for the International Business Unit aligned with brand objectives and customer journeys.
  • Translate marketing strategies into impactful omnichannel engagement plans across paid, owned, and earned channels including web, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social media.
  • Partner with International teams, IT, and data analytics to transform customer insights into data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Manage media spend, agency relationships, and media partners to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Establish global standards for digital strategy execution, measurement frameworks, and digital governance.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to track omnichannel effectiveness, digital engagement, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Advocate for digital literacy and capability building within brand teams to advance digital maturity.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Proven expertise in multichannel/omnichannel marketing, strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading digital transformation and change management within matrixed organizations.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, paid media) and user experience (UX).
  • Experience managing multiple agencies of record to deliver integrated marketing tactics.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM, CMS, CDP, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMX) capabilities.
  • Experience in persona development, segmentation, and patient journey mapping.
