Director, Global Clinical Physician – Late HOCT

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary source of medical accountability and oversight for Phase 1 – Phase 3 clinical trials
• Provide medical and scientific expertise to cross-functional teams and contribute to clinical development strategy
• Conduct medical data reviews, including eligibility and safety-related serious adverse event assessments
• Collaborate on protocol development, providing strategic input on inclusion/exclusion criteria and safety considerations
• Partner with Clinical Scientists to support site interactions, medical education, and executional delivery
• Identify and cultivate relationships with principal investigators and scientific thought leaders
• Author and draft clinical content for CSRs, regulatory reports, and submission documents
• Contribute to Health Authority interactions and advisory board meetings

Requirements

• MD degree
• 3 or more years of industry or clinical trials experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment
• Knowledge of the drug development process and clinical plan execution
• Ability to communicate and present complex scientific and clinical information clearly
• Expertise in the scientific method, including statistical design, analysis, and interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

• Subspecialty training in an applicable therapeutic area
• In-depth knowledge of etiology, natural history, diagnosis, and treatment of relevant disorders
