Director Global BOE&S - Business Planning Excellence

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for the global Business Operations Excellence agenda, including S&OP/IBP, portfolio governance, and OTIF.
• Establish a robust operating cadence by clarifying ownership, data standards, and decision rights to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead end-to-end S&OP/IBP transformation to embed best practices and drive maturity improvements across global regions.
• Drive portfolio segmentation and complexity reduction to improve service, cost, and operational stability.
• Improve OTIF performance by identifying and addressing root causes and performance drivers.
• Lead and develop a high-impact team of 6–8 professionals while influencing senior stakeholders in a global matrix organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience driving global operations or supply chain performance.
• Proven track record in S&OP/IBP and Operational Excellence transformations.
• Strong governance mindset and ability to design scalable, practical ways of working.
• Experience linking portfolio and lifecycle decisions to planning and financial outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.
• Data-driven, KPI-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a strong plus).
• Ability to travel internationally (~30%) and work across different cultures and time zones.
