Director, Global Affairs (Europe)

Responsibilities

• Lead public policy activities across Europe, developing legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies
• Collaborate with legal, business, communications, and product teams to guide policy positions
• Design and implement advocacy strategies with government representatives and regulatory officials
• Monitor and advise on regulatory and legislative developments across Europe
• Represent Take-Two in industry trade associations and at legislative meetings
• Travel regularly to Brussels and other locations within the EU

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Politics
• 8+ years of experience in a public policy role
• Strong understanding of UK and EU legislative and regulatory processes
• Proven record in issue management, campaign execution, and coalition-building
• Familiarity with media, entertainment, or technology industries
• Knowledge of online safety, privacy, and AI laws
• Ability to travel significantly within the EU
