About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead public policy activities across Europe, developing legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies
- Collaborate with legal, business, communications, and product teams to guide policy positions
- Design and implement advocacy strategies with government representatives and regulatory officials
- Monitor and advise on regulatory and legislative developments across Europe
- Represent Take-Two in industry trade associations and at legislative meetings
- Travel regularly to Brussels and other locations within the EU
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Politics
- 8+ years of experience in a public policy role
- Strong understanding of UK and EU legislative and regulatory processes
- Proven record in issue management, campaign execution, and coalition-building
- Familiarity with media, entertainment, or technology industries
- Knowledge of online safety, privacy, and AI laws
- Ability to travel significantly within the EU
