Director, Global Account Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead global account marketing and sales play strategy for priority accounts and segments
• Shape sales playbooks and outbound motions in partnership with Sales and BDR leadership
• Develop multi-channel programs across ads, email, social, web, and events
• Implement account and buying committee workflows using AI personalization and automation
• Oversee targets for pipeline, conversion, deal velocity, and revenue
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 direct reports in a matrixed environment

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in ABM, field marketing, or demand generation
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology sectors
• Proven track record of building account marketing programs tied to revenue outcomes
• Deep understanding of segmentation, personas, and customer journeys
• Experience with funnel analytics, attribution, and dashboard-driven decision making
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted marketing workflows and automation
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in observability, IT operations, infrastructure, or cloud software
• Proficiency with ABX and sales engagement tools like 6sense, Mutiny, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience managing budgets and investment tradeoffs against revenue goals
• Global experience working across different regions and partner motions
