About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional Hematology matrix team, including country value and access colleagues, scientists, commercial, medical, and clinical development teams.
  • Orchestrate the development and implementation of integrated value and access strategies for hematology assets to maximize patient access post-launch.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Global Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs to ensure a coordinated view on strategy and delivery.
  • Hold cross-functional team members accountable for delivering on access objectives and reimbursement milestones.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with external experts, healthcare policymakers, HTAs, payers, and patient advocacy groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in health outcomes, health economics, market access, or pricing.
  • In-depth understanding of global pricing and access dynamics.
  • Proven experience working with payers in the US, International Developed Markets (IDM), or Emerging Markets (EM).
  • Strong project management abilities, including experience with contracting, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to lead and influence within a complex matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within the Hemato-oncology therapeutic area.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system and the payer/HTA landscape in Japan, China, France, and Germany.
  • Direct experience in pricing negotiations.
  • Technical knowledge of drug development processes.
