Director, Gen AI - Digital Health

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed Gen AI for Health team with strong vision and inspirational leadership
• Develop innovative product concepts to help consumers achieve health goals
• Ensure research excellence in Gen AI / LLM through IP and scientific publications
• Manage a robust product pipeline to ensure projects reach commercialization milestones
• Establish and maintain industry standard software development processes
• Provide proactive, hands-on coaching and mentorship to the team

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Masters in a technical or health field (Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, etc.)
• 14+ years of experience at the intersection of AI and Digital Health
• Proven track record of launching innovative products
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and mentoring managers
• Deep technical expertise in Gen AI / LLM (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RLHF)
• Knowledge of digital health including wearables, smartphones, and clinical health data
• Understanding of human factors, behavioral science, and health data privacy (HIPAA)
