Director – GDC Change Enablement

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction from the Head of GDC into structured workplans, frameworks, and executive narratives.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of initiatives across Finance, HR, Consulting Support, Digital, and Change Enablement workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional cadences, including weekly working sessions, status reviews, and leadership briefings.
• Enforce shared operational standards for process documentation, service catalogues, and reporting structures.
• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of Generative AI and automation use cases to drive GDC efficiency.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI tooling, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, across the organization.
• Define and track KPIs and build self-service dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time visibility into operations.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in management consulting, transformation PMO, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Proven track record in global delivery, shared services, or large-scale change programs.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and data analytics.
• Strong executive storytelling skills with advanced PowerPoint and business writing capabilities.
• Ability to operate credibly with Director- and Partner-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operating-model design and service design.
• Proficiency in process documentation standards using tools like Visio.
• Knowledge of Python or no-code automation tools such as Power Automate or Make.
