Director - Fund Administration & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting and reporting for real estate investments, including joint venture accounting and consolidations
• Review acquisition, disposition, and financing entries while leading quarterly and annual reporting processes
• Manage audits, financial statement preparation, and ensure compliance with debt and loan requirements
• Improve fund accounting processes, standardize workflows, and drive automation and AI initiatives
• Lead, recruit, and mentor the India-based fund accounting team
• Partner with U.S. leadership, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to support investor requests

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in real estate portfolio accounting or audit
• Public accounting background, preferably with Big Four experience
• Proven experience in offshore and people management
• CPA or CA qualification
• Advanced Excel and financial data management skills
• Experience with MRI or Yardi systems
• Private equity experience and knowledge of Real Estate Investment Trust structures
• Exposure to Workiva or Anaplan is a plus
