Director, Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Drive the culture and lead daily activities for a high-volume pick, pack, and ship Fulfillment Center
• Build and establish a strong leadership pipeline across Fulfillment, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping
• Develop high standards for execution to meet all KPIs and financial metrics
• Act as the liaison between site operations and Headquarters to identify key priorities
• Drive continuous improvement regarding Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery
• Lead monthly meetings to engage and inspire a diverse workforce of over 700 employees

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and cultivating collaborative partnerships
• Ability to translate data and numbers into actionable efficiency improvements
• Experience managing operations in hyper-growth, constantly changing environments
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to resolve ambiguous or complex problems
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality product delivery
