About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management and fulfillment operations for physical gift card products across B2C and B2B channels.
- Oversee a multi-node fulfillment network, including direct-to-consumer orders and large-scale corporate/partner programs.
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, manufacturers, and carriers, including SLA definition and performance monitoring.
- Own inventory controls, including replenishment planning, cycle counting, reconciliation, and loss prevention.
- Drive continuous improvement through process mapping, automation, and workflow redesign to improve scalability and reliability.
- Lead peak-season readiness planning, including labor, vendor capacity, and contingency protocols.
- Build and develop a high-performing fulfillment and inventory team.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for operational disruptions, warehouse issues, and service recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading managers, supervisors, or cross-functional operational teams.
- Proven success managing both B2C direct-to-consumer and B2B bulk/corporate fulfillment models.
- Extensive experience managing external vendors and 3PL ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operating plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in gift cards, stored value, payments, or financial services operations.
- Knowledge of physical card production, personalization, and secure chain-of-custody controls.
- Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, APICS, or similar supply chain certifications.
- Experience implementing WMS/OMS integrations or inventory automation.
