Director, Franchise Sales & Development

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify conversion franchise opportunities in Illinois and Wisconsin for brands including Days Inn, Super 8, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, and Dazzler Select
• Negotiate deal terms, Property Improvement Plans, and execute hotel franchise agreements
• Manage professional relationships and represent the company at industry events
• Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and assist the development team with special projects
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of hospitality trends, major purchase/sale transactions, and debt/equity activities within the US

Requirements

• Proven sales achievement with a track record of exceeding quotas
• Extensive experience in hotel franchise development and hotel conversions
• Ability to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for conversion projects
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time (4 out of 5 days per week)
