About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic contact for hotel owners and management teams across South & East Europe
- Analyze hotel performance data to identify opportunities and implement operational improvement strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews and develop actionable plans to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand engagement
- Build and strengthen partnerships with ownership groups, asset managers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure hotels meet brand standards, quality assurance, and training requirements
- Collaborate with internal Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to deliver results
- Support new hotel openings by providing pre-opening guidance and on-site operational readiness support
- Drive improvements in product, service, and guest experience to enhance RevPAR and top-line performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel operations or franchise operations within an international brand
- Strong understanding of hotel performance metrics, revenue management, and guest experience
- Experience as a General Manager or in a multi-property/operator role
- Strong exposure to P&L management, forecasting, and operational planning
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into practical actions
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working specifically within franchised hotel environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clear direction in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups across different cultures
