About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce with other key sales and marketing systems
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new sales technologies to improve performance
  • Design and implement automated workflows within Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales systems and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Create and deliver sales enablement programs focused on product knowledge and tool proficiency
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure stability and security of the sales technology infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and bugs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • 20+ years of experience (or 18+ years with a Master’s degree)
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a comparable technical role
  • Extensive experience administering and customizing Salesforce
  • Proven track record integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools
  • Experience with data science tools such as Python or R
  • Experience with on-premise database management and warehousing
  • Strong communication and training skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Developer)
  • Proficiency in the Korean language
