Director for Graduate Admissions & Degree Completion Programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic enrollment plan for graduate and degree completion programs to support institutional growth.
• Lead and oversee all recruitment activities for graduate and adult undergraduate students across virtual, on-campus, and off-campus channels.
• Achieve annual enrollment goals and key performance indicators established by university leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate, community, and educational partners.
• Manage the full admissions lifecycle from inquiry through enrollment, including outreach, credential evaluation, and counseling.
• Utilize market research and enrollment data to optimize recruitment strategies and identify new student markets.
• Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communications to execute strategies that communicate program value and career outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate admissions staff while fostering a student-centered service culture.
• Serve as the primary liaison between admissions, faculty, and program directors to align recruitment with academic goals.
• Prepare enrollment reports, market analyses, and recruitment forecasts for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in college enrollment management.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with Technolutions Slate is preferred.
• Strong understanding of current admissions trends and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work regular evenings and weekends and perform overnight travel as required.
