About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year strategic enrollment plan for graduate and degree completion programs to support institutional growth.
- Lead and oversee all recruitment activities for graduate and adult undergraduate students across virtual, on-campus, and off-campus channels.
- Achieve annual enrollment goals and key performance indicators established by university leadership.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate, community, and educational partners.
- Manage the full admissions lifecycle from inquiry through enrollment, including outreach, credential evaluation, and counseling.
- Utilize market research and enrollment data to optimize recruitment strategies and identify new student markets.
- Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communications to execute strategies that communicate program value and career outcomes.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate admissions staff while fostering a student-centered service culture.
- Serve as the primary liaison between admissions, faculty, and program directors to align recruitment with academic goals.
- Prepare enrollment reports, market analyses, and recruitment forecasts for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in college enrollment management.
- Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with Technolutions Slate is preferred.
- Strong understanding of current admissions trends and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work regular evenings and weekends and perform overnight travel as required.
