About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring luxury service standards are met
  • Drive innovative dining experiences, menus, and concepts to create a destination of choice for guests
  • Participate as a senior leader in hotel-wide strategic decisions and annual planning
  • Achieve financial and operational targets through effective management of budgets, labor, and operating expenses
  • Oversee the selection, training, and professional development of the F&B leadership team and staff
  • Monitor pricing strategies, analyze sales mix, and establish benchmarks to drive profitability
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in coordination with local regulatory organizations
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure consistent guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive management experience in high-volume F&B operations within a luxury hotel environment
  • University or College degree in a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Open Table, Avero Slingshot, Opera, Silverware, and Revinate
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Forbes 5-star environment
  • Experience working within a unionized environment
