Director | Fit out & Base build

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards and governance frameworks
• Establish robust reporting mechanisms, risk registers, action logs, and change-control systems
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders for approvals, audits, and compliance
• Drive integration between base build and fit-out delivery for seamless technical alignment
• Lead project controls including cost management, scheduling, risk forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage design reviews, technical validations, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor contractor performance, procurement timelines, and commercial claims
• Ensure best-in-class HSE practices and audit readiness
• Lead and mentor cross-functional PM teams

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in the real estate sector
• 10–15 years of programme or project management within corporate workplaces
• Experience delivering for global clients with stringent governance standards
• Degree in Architecture
• PMP, Prince2, or RICS certification preferred
