Director, Fine Arts Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Art, Heirlooms & Collectibles division with operational and revenue accountability
• Manage and mentor a team of restoration professionals, handlers, and project managers
• Develop new service offerings and identify market expansion opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with collectors, insurance professionals, galleries, and museums
• Coordinate restoration strategies for items affected by fire, water, smoke, or handling damage
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure an exceptional client experience

Requirements

• Experience leading a business, department, gallery, or restoration studio with financial responsibility
• Familiarity with restoration and conservation techniques, materials, and evaluation methods
• Experience preparing condition reports and collection assessments
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with buying, selling, evaluating, or managing collections
• Background in museum collection management, auction houses, or luxury services
