Serving a blue-chip client base across commercial real estate, industrial, and institutional verticals, the company provides uniformed guard staffing and technology-driven security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to operational leadership, translating financial data into actionable guidance.
  • Support pricing decisions, contract profitability analysis, and new business underwriting.
  • Design and own the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using a drivers-based framework.
  • Build models translating operational activity into revenue, margin, and cash flow projections.
  • Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, including board packages and PE sponsor materials.
  • Lead financial consolidation across the platform's operating entities.
  • Manage the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and long-term liquidity planning.
  • Support acquisition underwriting, financial due diligence, and post-close integration.

Requirements

  • 8–14 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business unit finance, or strategic finance.
  • Deep fluency in drivers-based financial modeling.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills for board-level and executive interaction.
  • High ownership orientation and a builder's mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Investment banking or private equity backgrounds.
  • Experience in labor-intensive, multi-site service businesses (staffing, facilities, security, logistics, or healthcare).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
