Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership regarding KPIs and variance drivers
• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to leaders across the organization
• Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts through coaching and performance management
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Oversee the preparation of management reporting and performance dashboards
• Support investment analysis, capital planning, and business case development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and business analysis
• Demonstrated experience providing financial guidance to C-suite leaders and company ownership
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to work 100% onsite at our Headquarters in Ellettsville, Indiana
