Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team to translate business strategy into financial plans and resource allocation
• Own the annual operating plan and rolling forecast processes using bottoms-up models
• Serve as the primary finance partner to Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success
• Evaluate new business initiatives, pricing strategies, product investments, and M&A opportunities
• Develop and maintain a multi-year financial model for board-level and sponsor reporting
• Build and maintain SaaS metrics reporting including ARR, net retention, churn, and CAC/LTV
• Lead the monthly reporting process for internal, investor, and lender audiences
• Drive improvements to the FP&A tech stack including NetSuite and Power BI
• Prepare materials and support investor relations efforts and Blackstone portfolio reviews

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in technology or subscription software
• Deep fluency in SaaS financial metrics and recurring revenue models
• Advanced financial modeling skills with ability to build from scratch
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to a PE-backed environment
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
