Director, Financial Audit

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Financial Internal Audit function, overseeing risk-based audit plans and execution.
• Manage Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, including the development of global process narratives and test plans.
• Conduct annual risk assessments of the company’s operational and financial environment.
• Develop and implement a global financial internal audit strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the execution of audits, special projects, and fraud investigations.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Financial Audit team, including staff evaluations and training.
• Establish business partner relationships with auditees to improve controls and productivity.
• Report audit results, status, and findings to senior management and the Audit & Risk Management Committee.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Financial Audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (Master's degree preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
• Strong leadership, strategic, and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
