Director, Finance Transformation

Responsibilities

• Use functional leadership and expertise to advise clients on strategic problems related to business processes, technology, and enterprise operating models
• Run smaller projects autonomously
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers
• Contribute to the development of people leaders into future practice leaders
• Provide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple concurrent client engagements
• Partner with executive leaders to conduct business development activities

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role
• Extensive expertise in Tier 1-3 ERPs, Finance Governance tools, CPM technologies, Supply Chain Management applications, or Data Visualization and Analysis solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships
• Skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
