About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for global finance systems, ensuring technology investments align with business goals and scalable architecture.
- Serve as the primary authority for the NetSuite ERP ecosystem, standardizing workflows across tools like BlackLine and FloQast.
- Lead the development of the finance AI and automation roadmap to reduce manual work in forecasting, variance analysis, and close coordination.
- Oversee governance for NetSuite configurations and customizations, balancing agility with SOX requirements.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Systems Analysts, Product Managers, and Solution Engineers.
- Partner with leaders across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Engineering to align systems strategy with enterprise priorities.
- Translate complex transformation goals into phased delivery plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems, enterprise technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP and deep knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
- Proven experience implementing AI-driven or automation-first solutions in a finance or enterprise context.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation projects, such as ERP migrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present structured recommendations to senior leadership.
- Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
