Accordion is a private equity value creation partner that sits at the heart of PE, where sponsors and CFOs meet. Through financial consulting rooted in data, technology, and AI, they help clients drive end-to-end value creation and support the office of the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance function diagnostics to assess people, process, and technology
• Design and execute process enhancements for lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A
• Design future state operating platforms including organization structure and technology stacks
• Manage execution of plans to optimize technology and drive process automation using ERPs and AI
• Set up and drive transformation program governance for multi-workstream engagements
• Manage multi-workstream transformation programs and junior resources including VPs, Associates, or Analysts
• Interact and build relationships with C-level personnel and private equity sponsors
• Assist in business development activities and internal firm initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in a client-serving role at a top-tier public accounting or financial advisory firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience managing large engagements with multiple workstreams
• Deep knowledge of business processes including lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A
• Experience in a private equity environment
• Expertise in finance automation and technology deployment
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
