Director, Finance IT Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of 7+ Finance IT Systems professionals.
• Own the end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP roadmap to drive transformation and scalability.
• Architect and design NetSuite capabilities to modernize core finance processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and US leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Partner with CRM, Integration, and BI teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end business workflows.
• Lead M&A integrations of financial systems to ensure unified operations.
• Manage relationships with Oracle and external vendors regarding licensing and contract optimization.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation opportunities, and system governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, and administration experience.
• Strong financial systems background with deep knowledge of accounting workflows and finance operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and building organizational capability.
• Demonstrated success in integrating and unifying financial systems during M&A activities.
• Experience in vendor management, including Oracle partnerships and licensing oversight.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable business improvements.
