Director, Finance Business Partner – Sales & Marketing (Americas)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Americas Sales and Marketing leaders, providing insight, challenge, and decision support
• Advise on headcount planning, territory design, channel strategy, and marketing investment allocation
• Own annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range outlooks for regional Sales and Marketing functions
• Develop and maintain analytical models to support pricing, promotions, and demand programs
• Evaluate Financial ROI of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
• Partner with Sales Operations to design and validate incentive plans
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews explaining underlying drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Develop Customer level P&Ls and analytics to drive margin improvement

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience in a publicly held company
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, GTM, or Revenue organizations
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI evaluation
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven insights
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CFA
• Experience with enterprise financial systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Anaplan
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization
• Experience supporting regional sales and marketing teams in consumer businesses
