Director, Field Service

Responsibilities

• Manage Europe regional field service for all ASM products and services
• Lead a team of service operations managers and field service engineers to provide world-class customer service
• Foster a work environment prioritizing safety, quality, mutual trust, and open communication
• Drive the development of service leaders and engineers through proactive coaching and performance management
• Maintain full accountability for service and spares quarterly revenue forecasts and P&L performance
• Manage service operational KPIs and workforce sizing to meet customer investment cycles
• Contribute to strategic business initiatives to achieve revenue, margin, and market share growth
• Influence senior leaders and executives through clear, data-driven communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an engineering field
• 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry supporting complex capital equipment and process technology
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role
• Extensive knowledge of service and spares business models and customer satisfaction management
• Technical knowledge of Thin film, Metal, or Diffusion deposition systems
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills within a fast-paced, ethical environment
