Director, Field Medical

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive, insight-driven regional territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategy
• Function as the regional scientific expert in cellular immunotherapy, delivering high-impact scientific exchange to KOLs and academic investigators
• Generate actionable medical insights by synthesizing signals across scientific conversations and clinical practice patterns
• Partner with Clinical Operations to accelerate site identification, study start-up, and enrollment for pivotal clinical trials
• Champion the responsible adoption of AI tools within the field medical function
• Prepare for future team leadership by contributing to MSL hiring and onboarding frameworks

Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO with residency/fellowship preferred
• Oncology/hematology specialty required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in a field medical or MSL role
• Extensive travel required (up to 50-70%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Lymphoma and/or CAR-T cell therapy experience
• Solid tumor experience, particularly GI oncology
• Prior experience in a Senior MSL or field medical leadership capacity
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into field medical workflows
