Responsibilities

• Own the regional field marketing strategy for EMEA, driving pipeline generation and acceleration across multiple markets and segments.
• Plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of programs including trade shows, hosted events, virtual activations, and account-based initiatives.
• Build and lead a world-class field marketing team across EMEA, developing operational standards and scalable frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partner teams to ensure marketing initiatives map to regional revenue priorities.
• Localize global marketing strategies for regional markets to ensure resonance with varied buyer personas and cultural norms.
• Establish and optimize processes across campaign planning, lead flow, conversion tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement.
• Manage regional budgets, agency and vendor relationships, and production of field assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field
• 9+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS, travel, or technology sectors
• Experience designing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive measurable growth
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills
