About the role

Responsibilities

Strengthen and build relationships with members of Congress and the Executive Branch regarding semiconductor and advanced technology manufacturing policy
Identify legislative opportunities to drive semiconductor strategy, including CHIPS and Science Act implementation
Coordinate events, meet and greets, and advocacy campaigns in the DC office
Execute political outreach and fundraising activities for the company's PAC
Engage with House and Senate committees overseeing technology, tax, trade, and export controls
Monitor and report on significant legislation, regulations, tariffs, and critical minerals policy
Support semiconductor and foundry business teams at federal, state, and local levels
Represent the company at trade associations and industry stakeholder meetings

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 10 years in an advocacy role, preferably in semiconductor or tech ecosystems
Previous experience working with U.S. government officials
Strong command of policy issues including trade, export controls, energy, and tax incentives
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent leadership and communication skills
