About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution and operational delivery of the International 1:1 Club Managed Services model, acting as an internal agency for all 32 NFL Clubs.
- Manage a distributed global workforce, implementing workflows, training standards, and QA processes to support high-volume international execution.
- Oversee the delivery of Club-led 1:1 marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, and web channels.
- Ensure all international fan engagement campaigns comply with GDPR and local market data privacy regulations.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for Clubs regarding international campaign execution and best practices.
- Partner with International, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and MarTech teams to align execution with league priorities and scale impact.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or performance-driven engagement.
- Proven experience with international marketing and global consumer brands.
- Experience operating within managed services, agency, or shared-services models.
- Working knowledge of international data privacy and marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Demonstrated experience managing distributed teams or partners across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong technical fluency with MarTech platforms, including CDPs, journey orchestration, and messaging platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling internal agency or managed services models within complex organizations.
- Strong operational instincts with the ability to translate high-level strategy into repeatable execution.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Data, and Technology teams in highly regulated markets.
- A global mindset with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences in fan engagement.
