Director Facility Europe

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a future-oriented European Facility Management strategy
• Lead and develop the international Facility Management organization
• Ensure efficient and compliant operations across logistics sites, warehouses, and offices
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Technical Engineering function
• Manage and optimize multi-million-euro CAPEX and OPEX budgets
• Establish KPIs, reporting standards, and governance frameworks
• Act as a business partner for senior stakeholders in Operations, Logistics, HR, and Finance

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Proven strategic leadership experience managing multiple international locations
• Track record of leading large teams and high-performing organizations
• Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapes
• Ability to build scalable processes and governance
• Willingness to travel regularly across European sites
• Fluency in English; German or Dutch is a strong advantage
