Director, Executive Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO by tracking decisions, closing loops on open items, and managing follow-through on commitments
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, all-hands meetings, and offsites
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage relationships across legal, accounting, and SaaS providers
• Own company-wide operational processes including onboarding, system provisioning, and office logistics
• Partner with product and engineering leads to set, track, and report on OKRs and quarterly objectives
• Manage the internal operating cadence, including leadership syncs and cross-functional standups
• Conduct research and data analysis to support marketing initiatives and business development efforts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a startup generalist role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proficiency in financial administration, including managing vendor payments and reconciling invoices
• Analytical and data-literate with comfort using Excel or Google Sheets
• Exceptional written communication skills for drafting high-level correspondence
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity within an early-stage environment
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive financial and operational information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other highly regulated industries
