About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plans.
- Partner with business leaders, Legal, Finance, and HR to identify priorities and conduct market research and financial modeling.
- Lead the preparation and review of executive compensation disclosures for the annual proxy statement, including drafting the CD&A and compensation tables.
- Develop materials and presentations for the Compensation & Talent Committee and senior leadership.
- Monitor executive compensation trends, regulatory developments, and shareholder interests to ensure competitive and compliant programs.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of compensation modeling and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive executive compensation experience, including experience within a publicly traded company.
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation design, governance, proxy disclosure requirements, and CD&A development.
- Proven experience preparing financial models, Compensation Committee materials, and executive-level presentations.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CECP (Certified Executive Compensation Professional) certification.
- Master's degree.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
