About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plans.
  • Partner with business leaders, Legal, Finance, and HR to identify priorities and conduct market research and financial modeling.
  • Lead the preparation and review of executive compensation disclosures for the annual proxy statement, including drafting the CD&A and compensation tables.
  • Develop materials and presentations for the Compensation & Talent Committee and senior leadership.
  • Monitor executive compensation trends, regulatory developments, and shareholder interests to ensure competitive and compliant programs.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of compensation modeling and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive executive compensation experience, including experience within a publicly traded company.
  • Strong knowledge of executive compensation design, governance, proxy disclosure requirements, and CD&A development.
  • Proven experience preparing financial models, Compensation Committee materials, and executive-level presentations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CECP (Certified Executive Compensation Professional) certification.
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
