About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and the Board of Directors on executive compensation and Total Rewards programs.
  • Design, evaluate, and administer executive compensation outcomes, including equity-based awards and global incentive programs.
  • Lead the development of Board-ready materials, including committee presentations, executive memos, and benchmarking analyses.
  • Contribute to regulatory filings and public disclosures, such as the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) and proxy statements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Investor Relations to execute complex compensation projects and M&A-related work.
  • Monitor market trends, investor expectations, and regulatory developments to inform program design and disclosure strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience leading or supporting executive compensation processes in a public company or consulting environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex data structuring and presentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present high-stakes topics to senior leadership.

  • Experience within the financial services industry.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in leveraging emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance analytical rigor.
