About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and the Board of Directors on executive compensation and Total Rewards programs.
- Design, evaluate, and administer executive compensation outcomes, including equity-based awards and global incentive programs.
- Lead the development of Board-ready materials, including committee presentations, executive memos, and benchmarking analyses.
- Contribute to regulatory filings and public disclosures, such as the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) and proxy statements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Investor Relations to execute complex compensation projects and M&A-related work.
- Monitor market trends, investor expectations, and regulatory developments to inform program design and disclosure strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience leading or supporting executive compensation processes in a public company or consulting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex data structuring and presentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present high-stakes topics to senior leadership.

- Experience within the financial services industry.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance analytical rigor.
