Director, Events Management

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, high-visibility internal events that reinforce organizational priorities and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leadership, translating goals into high-impact experiences.
• Manage planning and execution for high-profile events, including leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and summits.
• Advise business leaders on event strategy, format, and program design.
• Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations to optimize event experiences within financial parameters.
• Partner with Internal Communications to align events with organizational messaging and cultural initiatives.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting, identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct post-event assessments, including attendee feedback and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile, complex internal events.
• Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-profile event management.
• CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification.
• Experience using CVENT.
• University degree.
