About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, high-visibility internal events that reinforce organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business leadership, translating goals into high-impact experiences.
- Manage planning and execution for high-profile events, including leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and summits.
- Advise business leaders on event strategy, format, and program design.
- Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations to optimize event experiences within financial parameters.
- Partner with Internal Communications to align events with organizational messaging and cultural initiatives.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting, identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Conduct post-event assessments, including attendee feedback and budget reconciliation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile, complex internal events.
- Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in high-profile event management.
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification.
- Experience using CVENT.
- University degree.
