About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production for a portfolio of flagship event franchises, including The New Yorker Festival and Vanity Fair’s Campaign Hollywood.
  • Drive event strategy from initial concepting through post-event reporting, ensuring experiences reflect brand voice and creative ambition.
  • Partner with Editorial, Revenue, and Marketing teams to shape event concepts, formats, and audience strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of execution, including vendor management, budgeting, contracting, talent logistics, and onsite leadership.
  • Translate creative ideas into executable production plans, staffing structures, and detailed timelines.
  • Maintain clear production documentation and budget oversight to ensure operational excellence and financial accountability.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience producing large-scale events, experiential campaigns, festivals, or luxury brand experiences.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder productions from concept through execution.
  • Deep understanding of live experience production within media, entertainment, fashion, luxury, or culture-driven brands.
  • Exceptional creative judgment and strong experiential storytelling instincts.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing senior stakeholders, talent, agencies, and vendors.
  • Highly organized with a strong command of budgets, timelines, contracts, and production operations.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
