About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of Snowflake's exhibitorship sales and partner engagement strategy
- Lead end-to-end partner experiences, sponsorships, and logistics for flagship regional and global events across NOAM and LATAM
- Design, price, and launch annual Partner Sponsorship Packages and Promotional Opportunity prospectuses
- Partner with finance and leadership to set revenue targets, manage forecasting, and scale recurring annual partnership revenue
- Establish global project timelines, standardized guidelines, workflows, and enablement kits
- Direct a cross-functional internal workflow team and manage tier-one external event production agencies
- Produce comprehensive post-event recap decks, financial reporting, and KPI analytics
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B corporate sponsorship events
- 3+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale partner programs and sponsorship revenue
- Proven track record of revenue generation and managing complex sales operations in enterprise technology or SaaS
- Experience managing massive logistical footprints, complex budgets, and large external agency teams
- Strong ability to scale processes globally while maintaining a premium partner experience
