Director, ERP Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Workday product roadmap aligned with strategic organizational goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40 professionals including functional experts and analysts
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead execution of Workday implementation projects, upgrades, and system configurations
• Evaluate system performance and implement updates to drive efficiency
• Ensure Workday configurations comply with regulatory requirements and data privacy laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial systems management
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing large, cross-functional teams
• Proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle ERP implementation (Workday, Oracle, or SAP)
• Strong understanding of public sector finance and purchasing processes
• Experience leading Workday product strategy within a government or complex public-sector organization

• Advanced degrees such as an MBA
• Workday Certification
