Director, Enterprise Transformation Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operating model of the Enterprise Transformation Office and the internal team
• Manage and develop the team responsible for transformation operations, value realization, and enterprise AI operating strategy
• Shape enterprise transformation strategy by translating leadership priorities into practical execution paths
• Lead roadmap development, initiative prioritization, and governance design
• Partner across business, technology, finance, HR, and communications teams to support integrated execution
• Oversee the integration of execution discipline, value realization, and organizational readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, Program Management, Technology, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategic operations, or program leadership
• 3+ years of leadership experience including direct people management
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, highly visible initiatives
• Proven ability to build governance structures and drive cross-functional execution
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a transformation office or strategic execution team
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary capabilities like change management or AI-related operating initiatives
• Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology environments
