About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion, and retention of Figma's growing enterprise customer base in Southern Europe
- Evaluate and implement playbooks and systems to support a high-growth sales organization
- Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies using data, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling storytelling
- Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to increase revenue opportunities and improve deal progression
- Build, develop, and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven processes
- Interview, hire, and train new team members to scale the business
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 1+ years of experience in second-line leadership
- Proven experience leading both Managers and Enterprise Account Executives
- Extensive experience within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using or working with Figma or other UX/UI tools
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
- Proficiency in Spanish or Italian
