Director, Enterprise Payments Strategy & Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a coherent payments ecosystem across Commerce, Collectibles, and Betting & Gaming businesses
• Monitor pricing and economics across processing, gateway, fraud, and wallet solutions to optimize costs
• Define and track enterprise payments KPIs including authorization rates and fraud rates
• Lead identification, evaluation, and negotiation of strategic partnerships with processors, banks, and fintechs
• Own end-to-end deal processes including RFPs, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
• Develop business cases and financial modeling for new partnerships
• Manage the enterprise payments partnerships pipeline and project management for new launches

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in payments, fintech, business development, or e-commerce
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience negotiating strategic deals with payment processors, card networks, or digital wallets
• Deep understanding of transaction flows, processor economics, and fraud/risk tooling
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to drive alignment across complex, multi-business-unit organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with loyalty ecosystems
• Experience with financial services partnerships or digital wallet integrations
