Director, Enterprise Financial Planning

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination and steering point for financial planning across all business controlling teams
• Consolidate and challenge inputs to ensure enterprise plans align with strategic priorities
• Own official enterprise forecasts and lead long-range financial planning
• Serve as the primary finance interface for parent company reporting
• Consolidate forecasts and scenarios across multiple legal entities
• Maintain and evolve the integrated enterprise financial model (IS, BS, and Cash Flow)
• Lead enterprise-level financial reporting and narrative for executive leadership
• Identify and communicate enterprise-level risks and opportunities
• Define and enforce enterprise planning standards and governance

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise financial planning, FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance
• Demonstrated experience as a company-wide financial integrator or steering lead
• Experience supporting multi-entity planning and consolidation
• Strong understanding of integrated financial statements and cash flow dynamics
• Proven ability to drive alignment across teams and challenge assumptions
• Experience preparing executive-level and parent-company reporting
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP/planning tools
• Advanced financial modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
