Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of motivated Enterprise Account Executives to increase growth in strategic and emerging markets
- Inspire a culture of teamwork, leading with value, and achieving desired customer outcomes
- Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
- Encourage learning and ongoing understanding of technical product details and the product roadmap
- Lead Enterprise growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy, and maintain a predictable, high-growth business
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience building high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies
- Understanding of value selling and structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of Message
- Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories
- Success implementing strategies for usage and booking-based sales revenue models
- Desire to build a collaborative and inspired team culture
