About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and target-state roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
- Translate AI-forward and digital-first strategies into actionable architectural blueprints across business, data, and technology domains.
- Drive enterprise-wide application portfolio rationalization to reduce redundancy, technical debt, and operational complexity.
- Partner with data and security leaders to define reference architectures that enable scalable AI, analytics, and automation.
- Establish and lead enterprise architecture governance, including architecture review boards and decision frameworks.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Architecture organization, including senior architects and leaders.
- Influence long-term technology and digital strategy across multiple business units and functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture at a Fortune 500 or global enterprise scale.
- Proven experience leading EA functions with a team of 20+ architects in matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering end-to-end enterprise AI adoption programs.
- Expertise in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Experience with application portfolio rationalization and large-scale cloud migrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology or Business Administration (MBA).
- Hands-on experience architecting Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Certifications in SAFe, ITIL 4, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience in M&A technology due diligence and integration architecture.
