Director, Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategy across business and technology domains
• Partner with business leaders and domain architects to map business capabilities to technology
• Lead application and platform architecture evolution and modernization
• Establish balanced hybrid and multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Drive cross-domain architecture standards for applications, integration, data/AI, and security
• Translate business strategy into executable architecture roadmaps with clear ROI
• Lead enterprise architectural governance (ARB/STARC)
• Champion data and AI as core enterprise capabilities, including agentic workflows
• Drive value realization and technical debt reduction

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technology strategy in large global organizations
• Proven leadership in driving cross-functional architecture initiatives
• Expertise in business capability modeling and value stream mapping
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures
• Experience with Data & AI architecture and ML/GenAI enablement
• Knowledge of Security and Zero Trust architecture
• Experience with Agile and product-based delivery models
